Demand is explicit
People write exactly what they are looking for
In buy-and-sell groups, comment threads and communities they post “Looking for…”, “I need…”, “Anyone selling…?”, often with specs, budget and location.
Commission-based sales agency
We find the demand, follow up and close the sale. We only get paid when the deal closes.

01The opportunity
Demand is explicit
In buy-and-sell groups, comment threads and communities they post “Looking for…”, “I need…”, “Anyone selling…?”, often with specs, budget and location.
But it is scattered
Those posts live on different networks, chats, forums and cities. Nobody holding inventory can watch them all, all the time.
And it expires fast
A post loses visibility almost immediately. Whoever answers first, with the right product, wins the deal.
Whoever holds the inventory is rarely there at the right moment. Harvester is.
02What Harvester is
We monitor social networks, groups and communities for people who explicitly express interest in a product or service.
We match that demand against available inventory (our own or our clients’): the exact product or a similar alternative. That is how the lead is born.
Our team follows up on the lead until the sale is closed. You chase no one: we close the sales.
All you do is hand us your catalog in digital format. The service is free: we only charge a commission when the sale closes.
02The general formula
Wherever someone expresses explicit interest and there is an offer that satisfies it, there is a sale we can close.
Someone says publicly they are looking for something, with or without details.
Inventory, catalog or service with spec sheets, photos, price and location.
The offer meets the request, or is a similar alternative.
We reach out to the interested person with the proposal.
We follow up until the deal is done.
We charge only when a sale closes.
Asset = anything that can be sold, bought or hired: vehicles, real estate, machinery, merchandise and lots, raw materials, equipment, collectibles… and services too.
03How it works
Pick a direction to see the step-by-step flow.
Your only task is step 1. The Harvester team runs steps 2 through 6.
It works like selling, in reverse: we listen for supply instead of demand.
04What we need from you
Every asset is registered with a universal spec sheet. The more complete it is, the faster we match and close.
| Asset | Key data on the sheet | Sample entry |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicles | Make, model, year, mileage, transmission, fuel, location, final price | 2019 automatic sedan, 61,000 km, Monterrey |
| Real estate | Type, m² / sq ft, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, zoning, legal status, final price | 2-bedroom apartment, 78 m², Madrid |
| Machinery and equipment | Brand, model, capacity, operating hours, maintenance history, location, final price | 3.5 t electric forklift, 2,100 h, Houston |
| Merchandise and lots | SKU, quantity, condition, unit or lot price, packaging, origin | 200 refurbished laptops, i5, 16 GB |
| Raw materials | Material, specification, minimum volume, lead time, location | 12 oz indigo denim, 8,000 m available |
| Services | Type of service, coverage area, rates, hours, certifications, portfolio | Residential plumbing, south Mexico City, emergencies |
05Where we listen
Buy-and-sell groups, Marketplace, pages and comments.
Comments and videos where people ask where to find something.
Comments, posts and niche communities.
Buy-and-sell, neighborhood and industry groups and communities.
Topic channels and groups, often highly specialized.
Evidence that on that channel people explicitly post that they are looking for, buying or hiring that type of product or service.
If a product is bought and sold on a forum, a regional social network or a niche community, we add it to the system. The only condition: the demand must be proven.

07Commission model

If we don’t close, we don’t charge: the sales effort is on us.
08Grow with us
We are constantly looking for people and companies with inventories or catalogs we can move. Whoever introduces a new client receives 20% of what Harvester earns from that client, on every sale, on a recurring, lifetime basis.
Every time Harvester closes a sale for Jorge, Pepe receives 20% of that commission. No expiration date. Anyone can refer.
| Jorge’s sales | Harvester commission | Pepe · 20% |
|---|---|---|
| Sale 1 | USD 1,000 | USD 200 |
| Sale 2 | USD 500 | USD 100 |
| Sale 3 | USD 2,500 | USD 500 |
| Total to date | USD 4,000 | USD 800 |
… and every future sale for Jorge keeps generating 20% for Pepe. Illustrative figures.
The Harvester agent who closes a sale receives 20% of the commission the company earns. If that same agent brought in the client, they add the 20% referral share.
Split of a USD 100 commission. Percentages are calculated on the total commission Harvester earns.
